James Joyce

James brings a passion for detail, ecological connectivity, and site research & analysis that has helped him produce timeless designs across the United States.

Over the last 12 years Mr. Joyce has collaborated with communities, clients, and interdisciplinary design teams to create enlightened and unique spaces in the realm of mixed-use development, urban parks, federal gardens, sculpture gardens, outdoor classrooms, and high-end residential projects. 

James is a graduate of North Carolina State University, from which he received a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture. During his final year at NCSU, he was named the recipient of the American Society of Landscape Architects’ Student Award of Honor.
